The intersection of design and the future is intrinsically entwined with politics, where the presence of political power invariably leads to acts of rebellion. This project delves into the potential evolution of power dynamics and mechanisms of control in the future, along with the corresponding expressions of rebellion.

A long term project at KISD where students embarked on a mission to explore how to design for a future characterized by constant change while remaining grounded in the enduring unchange of human needs. By combining theories from future studies with the practical tools in a designer's toolbox, the students re-imagine how different megatrends would manifest in the years to come.
